Wrap up process:

-         Key leader sends pledge forms to payroll

-         Payroll department calculates and completes company section on pledge forms

-         Separate pledge form copies for United Way

-         Put all United Way pledge form copies in white envelope with any checks

-         Complete the campaign form on the outside of the envelope per company giving (Corporate and Employee)

-         Call United Way when completed for pick up
