Make it Fun

**Casual Day-Sell Casual Day Stickers allowing employees purchasing them to dress casually on certain days.  Employees purchase stickers for $5.00 each.  The stickers carry an expiration date, depending on the amount donated. 

**Top management agrees to be a “slave” to any department for a day based on campaign performance.

**Have a box lunch auction, giving prizes for the most creative lunch, most healthful lunch, the best looking lunch box.

**Auction off things in the company store room, old pieces of equipment or office furniture, old computers, tools, etc. The company donates it all to the employee auction. Proceeds go to the Untied Way campaign.

**Collect favorite recipes from employees and sell cookbooks with proceeds going to the United Way.

**Consider competition among departments, using per capita gifts rather than percentage of participation.  The department with the highest per capita giving gets a pizza party hosted by the manager.

**Certificates for free oil changes or car washes.

**Incentive for employees who contribute at “Champions Club - one hours pay per month” will be eligible for a drawing for paid day off.

**Request publicity for your in-house campaign.

**If 80% participation happens, grand prize for ALL employees such as a fully catered dinner/picnic for everyone.
